SHIPPING
Free Shipping (Continental U.S.):
We offer free home delivery within the continental United States.
- Clothing & Most Decor: Ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Furniture & Large Decor: Ships via ground blanket wrap delivery service.
Upgrades for shipping are available for clothing and most decor items during checkout. For large furniture pieces, please contact us for expedited shipping options.
Processing & Delivery Times:
- Most items ship within 2–5 days of purchase.
- Large items may take longer to coordinate delivery.
- Delivery time depends on the shipping method.
- Economy delivery for furniture and oversized decor: Estimated 4–8 weeks.
- For free standard shipping, all items in an order will ship together unless discussed otherwise.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Combined Shipping:
For the most accurate rates, contact us with the items you'd like to purchase and your location. We’re happy to provide a combined shipping quote.
International Orders:
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Some items may be too large to ship via standard carriers internationally—contact us to explore alternative shipping options.
Blanket Wrap Shipping:
Home delivery via blanket wrap service typically takes 4–6 weeks. Expedited delivery is available—contact us for options and pricing.

Outside the Continental U.S.:
For Alaska, Hawaii, off shore islands and international destinations, contact us for shipping options and a quote based on your location.
Returns & Damages & Claims Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, please reach out—we’re here to help.
General Terms
All items are sold as described and in as-is condition. Because our pieces are previously used, signs of wear are expected. We do our best to represent each item accurately through detailed photos and descriptions.
Please review all images and read the description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions or need additional photos, we’re happy to assist before you buy.
Offers and custom orders are final sale.
Damaged Items and Claims
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any visible damage
Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is processed. This is required for filing damage claims with the carrier.
Home Decor
- All sales are considered final.
- However, if an issue arises, we will review the situation case by case.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Fashion Apparel & Accessories
- We accept returns for store credit only.
- Sale items, accepted offers, and select items are final sale.
- To request a return, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were sent.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

White Glove / Blanket Wrap Delivery Policies
Our White Glove / Blanket-Wrap delivery service includes professional handling, and transportation. The placement of purchased items inside the delivery location must be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Items are transported using protective blanket-wrap methods to help ensure safe handling during transit.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they, or an authorized representative, are present at the scheduled delivery time to receive and inspect the items. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, additional redelivery, handling, or storage fees may apply.
Inspection at Time of Delivery
Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery prior to signing the delivery documentation. Any visible damage, defects, or missing items must be clearly noted on the delivery documentation before signing.
Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the customer has inspected the item(s) and that they were received in acceptable condition unless otherwise noted on the delivery documentation.
Acceptance of Delivery
Once the delivery confirmation has been signed, the order is considered delivered, accepted, and complete. Responsibility and care of the item(s) transfer to the customer at that time.
86 Vintage is not responsible for damages, loss, or issues reported after delivery has been signed for as received in good condition unless such issues were documented on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Delivery Access and Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location provides safe and adequate access for the item(s), including doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and pathways large enough to accommodate the delivered items.
The delivery team reserves the right to decline or modify delivery if access conditions present a safety concern or if the item cannot reasonably fit through the intended entryway without risk of damage.
Property Protection
While our delivery professionals take reasonable care during delivery and placement, 86 Vintage is not responsible for damage to walls, floors, ceilings, railings, landscaping, driveways, or other property conditions that may occur due to tight spaces, pre-existing structural limitations, or customer-directed placement.
Customer-Directed Placement
If a customer instructs the delivery team to place items in a specific location where space is limited or obstacles are present, the customer assumes responsibility for any resulting damage to the item or surrounding property.
Delivery Documentation and Photography
The delivery team may photograph items at the time of delivery, including their condition and placement. These records may be used to verify delivery and item condition in the event of disputes or claims.
Delays Beyond Control
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. 86 Vintage is not liable for delivery delays resulting from such conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the size, nature, and handling requirements of furniture and large items, all sales are considered final.
Returns for store credit or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis only where issues were documented at the time of delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If delivery is refused for reasons other than documented damage or shipping error, 86 Vintage reserves the right to charge return transportation, handling, storage, and restocking fees.
Storage and Delayed Delivery
If a customer requests delayed delivery after an order is ready for shipment, 86 Vintage reserves the right to charge storage fees and additional handling charges.
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
By completing a purchase and accepting delivery of the item(s), the customer agrees that the transaction is a final sale. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, 86 Vintage may provide delivery documentation, signed receipts, photographs, and order records as evidence that the order was properly fulfilled.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 86 Vintage’s liability for any claim related to the sale or delivery of goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) involved.
Natural Materials, Handmade Items, and Vintage Condition
Many of our items are made from natural materials or may be handcrafted, vintage, or artisan-produced. As a result, variations in color, texture, grain, pattern, finish, and minor imperfections are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.
Materials such as wood, marble, stone, leather, metal, glass, and other natural or handmade elements may display unique variations including knots, veining, tonal differences, surface markings, and irregularities. These characteristics are inherent to the material and contribute to the individuality and authenticity of each piece.
Additionally, vintage or antique items may show signs of age, wear, patina, or prior use consistent with their history and character. These features are considered part of the item's aesthetic and value.
Due to these natural and handcrafted variations, no two items will be exactly identical. Such differences are not considered damage or manufacturing defects and are not valid grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
