This antique wooden shoemaker's last dates to the early 20th century, with red painted detailing, handwritten markings, and a metal heel plate. The elongated form and richly worn wood give it a sculptural quality that makes it especially compelling as a decorative object.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The surface shows scratches, marks, paint wear, and areas of wood loss from its working life.
