Details

This early 20th-century black leather suitcase has a beautifully aged surface, with deep grain, softened edges, and glimpses of brown leather beneath the black finish. Brass hardware and a substantial wrapped handle add to its handsome, well-traveled appearance. Generously scaled and rich with patina, it makes a striking decorative piece at the foot of a bed or tucked beneath a console.

CONDITION

In good antique condition with wear consistent with age and use. The leather has scuffing, patina, and age-related wear throughout. The interior also shows wear consistent with age.
