Details

This late 19th-century brass chamberstick combines a ring-turned cylindrical candle socket with a broad circular drip tray and a decorative side handle. An ornamental push-up lever operates the candle ejector within the socket, adding an interesting mechanical detail to its traditional design. The warm brass finish and beautifully proportioned form make it an appealing accent for a mantel, writing desk, or bedside table.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Surface patina and oxidation to the brass.>
