A set of three antique early 20th century wood captain’s chairs with beautifully proportioned low backs and sweeping bentwood arms. Turned spindle backs and stretchers bring delicate detail to the broad form, while the distinctive perforated wood seats add beautiful texture and character. Their warm aged finish and sculptural profile make the set particularly handsome around a dining table or used individually as occasional chairs.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood shows natural variation, surface wear, marks, and patina throughout.
