Once a hardworking household vessel used as a wash basin, utility tub, or wooden bucket, it now serves as a sculptural decorative vessel with rich character and history. Its generous oval form makes it a striking centerpiece, cachepot, or display vessel while preserving the enduring craftsmanship of a traditional Chinese household piece.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Age-related shrinkage cracks, scattered loss to the black lacquer, and surface wear throughout.
