This is an antique decorative swing chair from the late 19th century. The Victorian era wooden swing set features a wooden stand with art nouveau metal accenting. The rocking chair has a decorative perforated seat and back with adjustable rise back. The chair is photographed hanging from the stand but could be separated to stand alone. Each piece is beautifully constructed and could function in different ways.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Recommend for decorative use only. Wood has some age and small chips in the chair. Metal shows natural corrosion and wear.
