A late 19th century pair of American Eastlake side chairs with turned spindle backs and woven cane seats. The vertical form is accented by reeded front legs, shaped seat aprons, and fluted stiles that rise into a flat crest rail. Their balanced proportions and linear detailing make them equally suited for use at a dining table or as accent seating in a bedroom or entryway.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. General finish wear with a warm patina.
