Details

This Edwardian beaded reticule dates to the 1910s and is intricately worked in tiny glass seed beads. Deep green leaves and a colorful floral border in red, pink, and yellow are set against an ivory ground. A dark green crocheted upper section and black ribbon drawstring finish the rounded pouch. The detailed beadwork brings an exceptional textile element to modern tailoring and eveningwear.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The crocheted upper section has areas of wear, loose threads, and separation. The ribbon shows age-related wear. Please see photos for details.
