This antique folding laundry drying rack dates to the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. The accordion-style wooden frame expands into multiple drying rails for linens, garments, and towels, then folds flat for storage. The intersecting lattice of supports creates a striking sculptural form, bringing both function and visual interest to a laundry room, farmhouse kitchen, or Primitive interior.
CONDITION
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Old primitive rope repair around one of the folding joints.
