Details

This late 19th-century White Mountain No. 3 apple parer was made by Goodell Co. of Antrim, New Hampshire. The cast iron frame retains its wood crank handle, clamp base, working components, and prominent raised maker lettering. The intricate mechanics and richly aged iron give this piece a strong visual presence and capture the ingenuity of 19th-century American kitchen design.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The cast iron has oxidation, surface wear, and patina throughout. The wood handle shows age and wear.
