A pair of antique wooden Indian clubs, circa 1900, with elongated turned forms, rounded handles and richly worn dark brown surfaces. Once used for exercise and physical training, the clubs have a strong sculptural quality that translates beautifully as decor. Displayed as a pair, their slender silhouettes and timeworn finish bring an architectural, collected element to a library, living room or layered interior.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood shows surface wear, finish loss, scuffs and marks throughout, contributing to the aged appearance of the pair.
