An exceptional antique primitive wood bench with a dramatic nine-foot length and beautifully weathered surface. Its long, narrow profile and simple braced form bring architectural scale to an interior, while the aged wood and layers of wear give it depth and character. Striking along a dining table, in a long entry or as a sculptural element in a large room.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. There is substantial surface wear throughout, including scratches, marks, staining, age cracks and areas of wood loss. The bench remains sturdy and has wonderful character from age and use.
