Details

This 19th century primitive farmhouse chair features a shaped splat back and gently curved seat raised on turned legs. The surface carries layers of worn paint in an earthy rose tone that have softened over time, creating a deeply textured patina across the frame. The simple rural form and aged painted surface give the chair the grounded character associated with early American farmhouse furniture, making it a striking accent within primitive, farmhouse, and collected interiors.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. General wear and age to the wood and paint. Top rail back has softly worn down to natural wood.
