This antique terra cotta bowl has a beautifully understated presence, shaped by its shallow rounded profile, rolled rim and sculpted loop handles. Terracotta, russet and smoky brown move across the unglazed surface, giving the earthenware a rich tonal depth. On a shelf, console or tabletop, the bowl brings warm color and an elemental folk pottery form to the interior.

CONDITION

In good antique condition with wear consistent with age and use. There are surface marks, discoloration and natural irregularities throughout the unglazed earthenware.
