A late 19th century Victorian writing desk with a raised letter box, three drawers, and elegantly turned legs. The center drawer retains fitted compartments for writing implements, while carved ornament and brass hardware lend detail to the letter box above. Richly aged wood and a broad writing surface give the desk a particularly handsome presence, well suited to a library, study, or layered interior.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood retains a richly aged surface with marks, finish variation, and wear throughout.
