Details

An antique farm scythe dating to the late 19th to early 20th century, with a long curved wood handle, offset hand grips, and an iron blade. Years of use have given the wood and metal beautifully varied surfaces, while the sweeping line of the handle and blade makes the piece especially compelling displayed against a wall in a farmhouse, cabin, or more collected interior.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood and metal show an aged surface, oxidation, and wear throughout. Sold for decorative use.
