An antique wood farm crate, circa 1920s, with beautifully weathered boards, exposed nail construction, traces of old paint, and rich variation across the wood. Its long, low form brings an architectural layer to a room and offers an easy place for books, folded textiles, or firewood. Styled beneath a console, beside a hearth, or at the foot of a bed, the crate adds the warmth and texture of an early utilitarian object to a collected interior.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood shows surface wear, old paint remnants, discoloration, marks, and age-related irregularities throughout.
