This is a vintage telescoping fishing rod made by The Horton Mfg. Co. of Bristol, Connecticut. Marked with the 1905 patent date for the ferrule, the rod features a cork handle and a slide-out metal design. A rare example of early 20th-century American outdoor gear, it makes a striking wall accent for cabin, lodge, or vintage sporting decor.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. General finish wear to the metal.
