This is a 20th century French Victorian style birdcage. The monumental black iron dome cage features a golden tripod base with scroll design and decorative burnished gold finials. The interior of the cage includes water dishes, rings, a perch and additional toys. A beautifully constructed piece with impressive decorative appeal this birdcage makes an eye-catching statement!
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Some age and loss of finish to the finials. General age and wear to the stand and cage. Due to its age, the bird cage is being sold for decorative use. The buyer assumes all liability for handling and use after purchase.
