A late 19th-century captain's chair with the classic captain's chair silhouette, turned spindle back, shaped crest rail, and solid saddle seat. Layers of weathered gray paint reveal the warm wood beneath, giving the chair depth and character earned through decades of use. Its balanced proportions make it a natural fit for farmhouse, English country, primitive, and organic modern interiors.
