A mid-20th century Mexican pottery planter shaped in a rounded, low profile with a softly textured surface in warm cream tones. A hand-painted floral motif in orange, green, and yellow brings a graphic point of color across the form, characteristic of Tonalá pottery. The scale works well for smaller plantings or as a decorative object on open shelving, a windowsill, or layered into a tabletop arrangement.
