Details

A mid-20th century embossed tinned copper wall plate with a fluted rim, geometric border detailing, and central elephant medallion. The richly patterned surface reflects the Indo-Persian influences seen in decorative metalwork of the period, with areas of warm copper tone emerging through the aged finish. Its sculptural form and layered detailing make it a striking accent for bohemian, eclectic, Hollywood Regency, and collected interiors.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Surface wear, oxidation, and variation to the tinned finish throughout, with warm copper tones visible in areas. Light bends and irregularities present.
