A sculptural pair of mid-century bentwood chairs with looping café-style backs and woven cane seats. Made in Romania, the chairs follow the classic Thonet tradition with softly curved lines, rounded seats, and an airy silhouette that suits cottage, European country, and organic modern interiors alike. The warm honey-toned bentwood frames pair naturally with the woven cane seats, giving the chairs a light and decorative presence around a dining table or tucked into a corner seating area.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Light surface wear and variation to the bentwood frames with age appropriate wear to the cane seats. There are also small age-related stress cracks to portions of the bentwood back rails, consistent with the nature and age of bentwood construction.
