A 1930s Dunlap New York hat box with bold red and black graphics against a warm gold patterned ground and a brown leather carrying strap. The oval box retains its fitted hat form insert, while the aged paper surface and oversized typography give it a strong decorative presence. Display it atop an armoire or cabinet, on open shelving, beneath a console or stacked with vintage luggage, where its warm color and graphic design add a distinctive layer to a collected interior.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The paper covering shows surface wear, scuffs, marks and losses along the edges, with age-related discoloration and wear to the interior. The leather strap shows wear from use. Please see photos for details.
