This is a 1930s JCPenney Company men's boucle wool top coat. The long jacket is double breasted. Black boucle wool shapes the coat with a belt back detail. The cuffs are rolled, and there are covered pockets at the waist. The jacket is fully lined, and can be buttoned on both sides (men's button or women's).

In very good condition. There is a light fading to the tone of the black.
