Details

A set of five Windsor-style dining chairs made in Vermont under the Bennington mark, including two armchairs and three side chairs. The composition is defined by arched crest rails, slender spindles, and turned legs, all finished in a deep brown tone that shows variation across the surfaces. The armchairs introduce a wider, more anchored presence, while the side chairs maintain a lighter rhythm along the table. The set carries a strong Early American influence and sits comfortably within farmhouse, primitive, and layered interiors.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The finish shows time-worn areas and tonal variation throughout. One side chair has a stabilized repair to the top rail, with a remaining hairline.
