An antique French brass baritone horn dating to circa 1900, marked H. Lomar Paris and E.O. Hentschel Sole Agent Chicago. Its beautifully aged brass surface, curved tubing, and broad flared bell give this early musical instrument a sculptural quality, particularly handsome displayed in a library, music room, or alongside collected antiques.

    CONDITION

In well-worn condition with wear consistent with age and use. The brass has a rich patina with dings to the bell and body. The valves are stiff, and there is a separation at one tubing connection. Recommended for decorative display.
