This mid-20th century brass dish is cast in the form of cupped hands, shaped with soft contouring through the fingers and palm. A grape and leaf motif gathers at the wrist, adding depth and ornament to the form. The surface shows a warm, time-developed patina that settles into the recesses and highlights the raised detail, giving the piece a sculptural presence that sits naturally within collected and traditional interiors.
