This vintage Penney’s Marathon men’s hat box dates to circa 1950s. The oval form is covered in muted pale green paper with deep red edging and its original graphic label. The softly aged surface and period typography make it a distinctive storage piece for a layered, collected interior.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The paper covering shows age-related discoloration, spotting, creasing, edge wear and areas of separation. The original label remains intact and legible.
