Details

A vintage 10 quart Prince Castles ice cream bucket from one of the Midwest’s early soda fountain chains. Prince Castles opened in DeKalb, Illinois in 1928 and expanded throughout the Chicago area before later becoming Cock Robin in the 1950s. Each metal bucket features embossed lettering and a softly weathered silvered surface that reflects years of commercial use. The simple cylindrical form and industrial finish lend an easy presence to farmhouse kitchens, pantry racks, restaurant spaces, or Americana inspired interiors.
