Details

A vintage ladder back chair defined by a tall, rhythmic profile and a deep red painted finish. Shaped back slats are framed by turned posts, with finely turned stretchers bringing an additional decorative element to the lower frame. The handwoven rush seat introduces natural texture against the saturated red, giving the chair a strong presence at a dining table, writing desk or placed on its own.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. There is general wear and areas of loss to the painted finish. The rush seat shows age and wear as pictured.
