vintage 1930s striped suitcase

A vintage hard-sided suitcase from the 1930s to early 1940s. The case is wrapped in cream canvas with faint red and gold stripes and finished with a stitched leather handle and brass-tone latches. The interior is lined in cloth with a gathered pocket along the lid. Its understated palette and aged surface lend a grounded, nostalgic presence, whether styled on a shelf, trunk stack, or entryway bench.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Some of the leather on the handle is worn away. There is spotting and some fraying of the canvas at the edges.
