This vintage wicker basket is formed in the shape of a clam shell, with a domed lid and rounded base that create sculptural movement from every angle. Dating to the 1960s or 1970s, it reflects the era’s embrace of natural materials and expressive form.

The tightly woven rattan carries warm honey tones that give the piece richness and dimension. Placed on a console, coffee table, or shelf, it introduces relaxed coastal character and strong textural presence into a thoughtfully collected interior.
